It is something similar to that. Only I won't be selling stuff! I will be calling people who ordered stuff from the Wal-Mart website and confirming that they ordered it. Then filling out paperwork.
Awesome things about it:
1. Sounds simple enough. (Could be frustrating at times, but I doubt it will be difficult for me.)
2. My title will be "Financial Analyst." That sounds important and intelligent.
3. Guys who hired me are hot.
4. $10.50 an hour! For something I have no experience in! This may not seem like much to some people, but when you have had NO JOB and been BROKE for a long time, then it may as well be $10 million an hour.
5. Insurance after only 30 DAYS! WIN.
6. Starts Monday (money soon!)
7. Possibility of carpooling or eating lunch with Kelly, who works at a school nearby. Yay.
8. I HAVE A FREAKING JOB!

It isn't my dream job, but it offers decent pay and benefits, and maybe it will turn into something long-term.
I have to especially thank Scott, who helped me get the job. Yay for knowing people who know people! Scott, when I get my first paycheck, I will be buying you some beers! Perhaps once everything is settled in the new apartment, we can have a "Our Apartment is Cute and All Three of Us Are Gainfully Employed" Party.

Which reminds me, I have a new apartment. We have been moving since Sunday, and who knows how long it will be before we are completely settled in. I plan on working on it some tonight and all day tomorrow. I am glad I will be in an apt. with my best friend and another good friend (who are not messy, yay!). Our apartment is already starting to look cute. I still have to move a few random items from the old apt, including the cat. The cat is the thing I am most worried about. We only moved into the last apartment a year ago, and she yowled for 2 days because it was a new place. Hopefully it won't be as bad this time, because she has gotten better with having other people around, she knows Kara, I have my old bed back, which she loved, we will have a lot of the same furniture, and the apartment setup is exactly the same. We'll see. I'm going to work hard at making sure she doesn't piss off my roommates, so hopefully she won't be mean.

Anyway, I am at my mom's doing laundry and going to play tennis with Thanh later before he moves to Little Rock. Later, peeps.

For some reason, today I was pretty close to just being in a FOUL mood. I really don't know why. Whatever. I was going to blog about it, but I decided instead I should write about happy things to make myself feel better. So, how about some LISTS?
